All orders are subject to acceptance by media mea.

Prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

For custom-built products, large commercial projects, or special orders, additional payment terms may apply and will be outlined in the applicable quotation, proposal, invoice, or purchase agreement.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, product availability, suspected fraud, or other legitimate business reasons.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

media mea is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our separate Refund & Return Policy, available on mediamea.store.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted that policy.

7. Intellectual Property
